What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We use CanadaPost for all shipments. Due to COVID-19 & the holiday season there might be some delays in shipping.

How Do I Track My Order?

Tracking is included with all orders. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once we’ve submitted your order to CanadaPost for shipping. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Absolutely. Tracking is used when available. Contact us if you have any questions before you order. 

Is shipping discreet?

Yes. All orders are sent using discreet packaging. There is no logo or mention of products on the package.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments online through several payment gateways. Please see each  Privacy Policy as required for more details.

What currency do we use?

All prices are listed in Canadian currency.

Can I Pay By Cash? 

Unfortunately we do not accept payments by cash or personal cheques at this time.

How Can I Return a Product?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you have any issues, please contact us and we’ll ensure your satisfaction. Guaranteed. Exchange of items are sometimes not available as stock are limited in quantity.
